Oh hi there! I’m Julie, a health and nutrition coach. I’ve allllllllways loved food. But I especially love food that makes me feel good. I used to take medication frequently for headaches, stomach aches, and acid reflux. I was tired all the time and often felt sad. After changing my diet and lifestyle, I feel fantastic! No more pills. I was so excited and inspired about feeling better that I began to study health and nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’ll complete my one-year program in July 2018.

What is health coaching?

I started working one-on-one with people who want to learn how to start a newer, happier, healthier life. We all know we should eat healthy, but how do we get started?
