Take care of yourself. Set the time aside. Do it. Seriously…no more complaining or procrastinating. Just do it. Today! Spend 15 less minutes on Facebook and 15 more minutes taking care of yourself. (like taking a walk in the sunshine or relaxing in the bathtub or sitting on a beach. Live near the water? Why not go sit by it more often. It always makes me feel better.)

Watch this video. It’s a self-care challenge. So simple and feasible. But. Isn’t it ridiculous that we have to make simple ideas like “take a break, go for a walk” into a huge thing? And even call it a challenge? I guess it’s cuz most people don’t want to put in the time for themselves. So lame. My friend was in nursing school and actually quit because she was so sick of people complaining about their health and happiness but not being willing to do anything about it. They just want to take a pill and find a quick fix. And continue to complain.

Please. Take care of yourself. Do what you need to do to get it done. Call it a challenge. Make a checklist. Find a buddy and hold each other accountable. Yay you!
